Fast & Easy Hydrating Drinks
OK to have while on our cleansing program! :-)
Cucumbers-high alkaline; Cranberries-great for kidney/bladder; Lemon-
Cucumber Lemonade:
*Fresh squeezed Cucumber juice
*Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
*Whole Leaf Stevia drops to sweeten (when not on cleanse, you can use Raw honey or another natural sweetener if you prefer)
*Sliced Cucumbers-garnish/to float in your drink
*Ice cubes
Basically make lemonade & add cucumber juice so that 1/3-1/2 of the glass (or pitcher) is cucumber juice. So refreshing!
Hibicus Iced Tea sweeetened with Apple Juice:
*Fresh brewed Hibiscus Tea
*Fresh squeezed Apple Juice (When not on cleanse, you can sweeten with Whole Leaf Stevia drops, Raw honey, or Raw Agave as well)
*Ice cubes
CranApple Juice:
*Fresh squeezed Cranberry juice or can buy pure cranberry juice..nothing else added. The label should read... Ingredients: Cranberries (that's it!)
*Fresh squeezed Apple Juice or can buy pure apple juice...nothing else added. The label should read... Ingredients: Apples
Cranberry Lemonade:
*Fresh squeezed Cranberry juice or can buy pure cranberry juice..nothing else added. The label should read... Ingredients: Cranberries (that's it!)
*Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
*Sweeten with Fresh Squeezed Apple Juice or Whole Leaf Stevia drops to taste. (When not on cleanse, you can sweeten with Raw honey or another natural sweetener as well)
Lemonade sweetened with Apple Juice:
*Water
*Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
*Sweeten with Fresh Squeezed Apple Juice or Whole Leaf Stevia drops to taste. (When not on cleanse, you can sweeten with Raw honey or another natural sweetener as well)
Hot Herbal Teas:
*Camomile, Peppermint, Ginger, Hibiscus, etc... Unsweetened or sweetened with Whole Leaf Stevia drops. (When not on cleanse, you can use Raw Honey or another natural sweetener as well.)
(This does not include Green Tea, Black Tea, or Red Tea)
Lemon Water:
*Water
*Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
Cranberry Water:
*Water
*Fresh squeezed Cranberry juice
98% of the time I drink water, fresh squeezed juices (mainly alkaline green juices) & sometimes herbal tea (with no sweetener) ...for those of you who like to know what I drink.
